Apache3 BidOps is a private platform of Apache-3 Inc. Access is granted on an allowlist basis to designated personnel and authorized advisors. By signing in you agree to the following terms.

Authorized use

• Use the platform only for Apache-3 capture, bidding, and proposal-preparation activities.
• Do not share login credentials.
• Do not export artifacts or opportunity data to third parties outside an approved teaming or subcontracting relationship.

Honest representation

Artifacts generated by the platform draw on Apache-3's approved-claim list. Users are responsible for verifying every assertion in a submitted artifact and for never representing capabilities or past performance that Apache-3 does not in fact possess. The platform's claim-guardrail system is an aid, not a substitute for human review.

No warranty

The platform is provided as-is. Scoring, bid-amount estimates, and artifact drafts are advisory. Final submission and pricing decisions require human approval.

Termination

Apache-3 may revoke access at any time. Continued use after a change in these terms is governed by the most recent version posted at this URL.
